Suggest a better descriptionMake sticky chicken and set aside
Brown sausage and set aside (cut into 1/4” thick half circles)
Sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic in grease from sausage. (Add garlic only for the last minute or two)
Dice up chicken, then add chicken & sausage to pot with the veggies and sauté for 5min.
Add broth and water to desired level and then, stir in roux.
Season to taste and simmer for 20 to 30 min.
Serve over rice!
