Serve with pasta and a salad.
With a mallet, hammer chicken into thin slices. On each peice of chicken lay a slice of prosciutto and a slice of provolone.
Now roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick, only if necessary. Roll in flour and brown slightly in a skillet with a little oil.
Place in a glass dish and cover with marinara sauce (or 1 part dry white wine to 2 parts tomato sauce if desired).
.Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1/2 hour. Serve with pasta and remaining sauce.
