Take a dutch oven and pour in chicken broth. Place whole chicken in and then fill oven with water to cover. Bring to a boil, then let simmer until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and let cool on a plate.
While chicken is cooling, add potatoes to water and let simmer about 10 minutes then add onions and giblets (You can saute first if you prefer.) Simmer another 10 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, de-bone the chicken. Remove giblets when done and chop. When potatoes are almost soft, add frozen corn and heat through. When the corn is done, add chicken pieces and the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let chicken warm up, then serve.
