This is my mom's recipe. Rotisserie chicken works well if you don't have time to buy and cook chicken breasts. It also freezes very well.
Cut cooked chicken into bite- sized pieces. Combine butter and crushed saltines. Take 1/2 of saltine mixture and put in bottom of 2 qt. casserole dish. Spread Chicken on top. Combine sour cream, broth, soup, salt & pepper and pour over chicken. Put remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
