Cut chicken thighs into bite sized chunks.
In a medium sized plastic container, whisk all other ingredients, then add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes, shaking the container occasionally.
Drain chunks of chicken and arrange on 2 metal skewers.
Broil for 4 minutes, then flip over and broil for another 4 minutes.
Serve with Greek Salad or rice.
