My grandmother recipe from my childhood and I loved my summer vacations to visit with her because she lived halfway across the country. She always made this special for me and it's absolutely delicious

Cook celery, onion and bell pepper in butter until tender, add mushroom soup, chicken broth, tabasco and salt. Mix with cooked, deboned chicken and cooked spaghetti. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
