Easy chicken and spinach bake.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish or spray with cooking spray.
3. Put spinach in baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Add chicken broth.
5. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend, salt, and pepper.
6. Arrange over spinach.
7. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and green onions.
8. Cover the baking dish with foil.
9. Bake 20-25 minutes.
10. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer, or until chicken is cooked through.
