Suggest a better description1) Cook manicotti noodles.
2) Combine chicken, spinach, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, italian seasoning, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set it aside.
3) In a skillet, melt butter.
4) Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
5) Add flour, cook 1 minute.
6) Add milk, whisk constantly, simmer. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan, simmer until thick, 2-3 minutes.
7) Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
8) Line baking dish with some of the alfredo sauce.
9) Fill manicottis with chicken mixture and place into baking dish.
10) Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
11) Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
