This is recipe is for marinating 1kg of chicken. This will make 10 sticks. Multiply the ingredients x 1 for every additional 1kg.
Each stick to be
1. Place already cut chicken into a large mixing bowl.
2. In seperate bowl, measure the oil and meat seasoning based on how many KG of chicken you are marinating. The above measurements are for 1KG of mix.
3. Combine seasoning and oil to make a paste.
4. Mix paste into the chicken and make sure all pieces are evenly coated.
5. Skewer the chicken on 14cm paddle sticks. Each stick should weigh 100g.
Notes: sticks to be consistent and presentable. No more than 1.5cm thick. Needs to cook evenly. 4 min each side.
