A quick chicken stir fry. Originally in A Taste of Home/Healthy Cooking
1. Cook spaghetti and drain.
2. Cut off and discard root end of bok chou. Cut leaves from stalks and coarsely chop. Cut stalks into 1 inch pieces.
3. In large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken in 1 Tbsp of oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
4. Stir fry bok choy stalks, celery, peppers and onion for 4 minutes. Add the bok choy leaves and cook another 2-4 minutes or until all vegetables are crisp tender. Stir in teriyaki sauce. Add chicken and spaghetti and cook until warm through.
Be sure to use all of the sauce.
