1. Mix top 3 ingredients together to make stuffing in bowl
2. Put 1/2 stuffing in 9x13 casserole dish.
3. Mix ingredients (chicken, onion, celery, mayo) along with salt & pepper in a separate bowl.
4. Spread chicken mixture on top of 1st layer of stuffing
5. Add the remaining 1/2 of stuffing on top of chicken
6. Beat eggs & milk and pour over casserole.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Next day: Pour 1 can chicken broth over casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole. Bake 10 minutes more uncovered.
