Grease a 9x13 pan. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and place in casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before backing. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
