In large pot broil chicken in water, celery, onions and garlic and salt.
Create salsa mix (fresh roma tomatoes, bell pepper and onion) blend tomatoes together. Saute the green bell peppers and white or yellow onions together for 5 min and add tomato salsa puree.
Shred the chicken with fork and add to salsa mixture in pan. Simmer for 5-8 minutes longer before serving.
