Chicken Tacos
Heat oil in cast iron pan. Place corn tortillas in pan. Cook on one side until golden brown. Flip tortillas, add cheese, wait until cheese is melted and then check other side of tortillas for a golden brown. Assemble tacos with chicken and other ingredients of your choosing.
