The Chutney sauce really makes this good.
Preheat tabletop grill.
Prepare Chutney by mixing tomatoes, pineapple, and vinegar and microwave for 30sec.
Cut bread into sandwich slices and spread with Chutney on one side. Top with cheese and chicken tenders and close and compress flat for grilling.
Coat grill with cooking spray and grill sandwiches for 5-6min until crisp and golden.
Serve with extra Chutney for dipping.
