This is my interpretation on the famous Long John Silvers batter!! Its not the exact thing but it is as good!!
Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg white. Dip chicken in batter and Fry in deep fryer for about 6 mins at 375 degrees.
