Cook chicken with bay leaf, celery and onionn then debone (or use turkey leftovers). Cook the spaghetti or noodles in the chicken or turkey broth until done. Cook together the margarine, onion, green pepper, and mushroom pieces, then add the flour, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in the cheeses. Combine pieces of chicken, spaghetti, and sauce in casserole dish. Put one cup buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
(Marsha uses a lasagna-sized pan, plus a smaller one, so it doesn't run over in the oven). Freezes well.
