HEAT oven to 350 deg.
COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed, adding spinach for the last minute.
HEAT oil in nonstick skillet on medium and cook mushrooms and onions,
ADD milk and cream cheese spread and cook 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
ADD schicken, mushroom sauce and mix well.
POUR INTO 13 x 9 dish sprayed with Pam.
BAKE 25 minutes.
TOP with mozarella and remaining Parmesan and bake uncovered 8 - 10 minutes
or until hot and bubbly and mozarella is melted.
ALLOW to stand 10 minutes before service
