Suggest a better descriptionSaute onions, green pepper and celery in chicken fat or butter. Add flour, chicken broth, mushroom soup, parmesan cheese, pimiento and other seasonings. Add milk last to make medium sauce. Add chicken and cooked noodles to sauce. Mix well. Put into 2 or 3 quart buttered pyrex dish. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top. bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, adding grated cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking or until melted. Freezes well (without crumbs or grated cheddar).
