1. Marinate chicken in lemon and garlic
2. Cook rice
3. Heat oil in pain. Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken then cook (~20 mins)
4. Drain fat from pan, add spinach and saute until wilted
5. Serve with parmesan cheese
