Suggest a better descriptionMix EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, chicken stock, Dijon mustard, sugar and salt & pepper together in a ziploc bag. Add the chicken thighs and marinade for 1-2 hrs. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the thighs from the marinade and wrap the thigh around a spring of rosemary. Add additional salt & pepper on the chicken thigh. Then wrap a slice of prosciutto around the chicken. Secure with toothpick if necessary. Place them in a baking dish and baste them gently with the marinade. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until juice runs clear. Remove the toothpick and sprig before eating. Enjoy.
