So flavorful and chicken is very tender. One of our faves! Prep time is long, but sooo worth it. Great over brown rice to soak up the amazing sauce!

1) Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes
2) In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 tsp cumin, red/black peppers, ginger, cinnamon, and salt
3) Add chicken and toss to coat (can also place above ingredients in a quart/gallon size bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour
4) In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in garlic and cook
5) Add paprika. Salt to taste. Add remaining 2 tsp cumin
6) Stir in tomato sauce and cream
7) Simmer for 30 minutes until sauce thickens
8) Thread chicken onto skewers, discard marinade
9) Grill for 5 minutes on each side (We use a Foreman grill)
10) Transfer chicken to simmering sauce for 10 minutes after cooking
**Serve over brown rice (optional)
