1. 2 cups yogurt, 2 TBS lemon juice, 4 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp black pepper, 2 tbs ginger,
2. cut chicken into large pieces for the marinade - (cube after cooked.)
3. Refrigerate for 2 hrs
4. Grill chicken over pan (yogurt will burn and stick to pan, so be careful or could ruin the pan)
5. chop onions, peppers, and potatoes
6. Simmering sauce:
a. melt butter
b. saute garlic in butter
c. Add cumin, paprika, and salt.
d. Stir in tomato sauce and cream.
e. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens (about 20 min)
f. Add diced grill chicken and simmer for 10 min.
Serve over rice or with naan bread
