Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM----------------------FOR THE TZATZIKI--------------------------- 3 tb Natural yoghurt 1 oz Cucumber; finely chopped 1 tb Fresh mint; chopped 1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped SeasoningMMMMM--------------------------TO SERVE------------------------------- 2 sm Pitta bread Salad leaves and sliced -tomato In a small non-metallic bowl, mix together the curry paste and yoghurt, stir through the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
