Cook the chicken how ever you like to prepare it (I grilled mine).
While the chicken is cooking, fetch a bowl and mix all the spices together then put the mayo in and stir it well until you're happy with it.
When the chicken is ready, dice it up into small cubes and then finally mix it in with the sauce :)
Very simple recipe, yet very tastey!
I like my sauce with lots of spices, but you may want to use less spices if you want to tone it down a bit. This is just the way I like it! Hope you enjoy it too :)
