Preheat oven to 350(F).
Debone your chicken and add to pan with BBQ sauce, let cook till nice and warm shredding chicken into smaller pieces if desired.
On a baking sheet place your 2 tortillas. Spread the BBQ chicken on the tortillas to cover them. Sprinkle your cheese about half a cup or as much as you like on it.
Add pico and drizzle your ranch dressing across it.
Stick in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Use a pizza cutter to cut into pieces... its easier to eat that way. Enjoy!
