Suggest a better descriptionCombine onion, soup, salsa and milk, blending well. In a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole, layer 1/2 the tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat the layers once more, ending with the cheese on top. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
