Saute 2 onions, 1 8 oz can mushrooms, 1 tsp salt, black pepper in oil. Add 1/4 c breadcrumbs and 1 egg and mix.
Boil 1 lb frozen broccoli in salted water until soft, drain, mash, mix in 1 egg white, 1/4 cup mayo, salt & pepper.
Preheat oven to 350
place 1 tbsp mushroom filling onto dough, place piece of chicken on top, 1 tbsp broccoli over that. Close corners. Bake for 45 min.
