add wings and marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours
Next day remove wings from marinate pat dry and lightly flour wings, refrigerate for 1 hour
Fry in peanut oil till golded brown and crisp
Heat butter then add hot sauce, vinegar and blend together in a large bowl
add wings to hot sauce and toss, serve on platter
