Suggest a better descriptionSaute onion in 1 TB butter, remove onions from pan when softened. Mix 2 TB flour, paprika, S&P; dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Brown chicken in 3 TB butter; when browned add back in onions, flour and cider. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add apples, cook 15 minutes. Taste and add lemon for brightness if needed. Stir in sherry and almonds; heat through and serve over rice.
