Pound breasts to 1/4 inch. Mix together apples, raisins, walnuts, onion and sage. Put equal portions of stuffing on each breast and roll, securing with toothpicks if necessary. Place breasts in oven-proof baking dish. In small saucepan, combine ingredients for glaze. Cook over low heat until blended. Pour glaze over breasts. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
