Suggest a better descriptionWith a sharp knife make a pocket in each chicken breast.
Place curry powder in a large bowl.
Peel and cut the bananas in half, put into the bowl and cover the bananas with curry powder.
Place a piece of banana into the pocket of the chicken.
Take 2 pieces of ham and wrap around the chicken.
Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180C / Gas Mark 4 until the chicken is cooked.
You can replace the banana with mango if you wish.
