This is a very easy and quick dish... after the chicken is cooked!
Boil water and bouillon cube. Add chicken, cover and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove pot from stove and let sit for 30 min.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles. Make the basil cream by mixing together the mayo, milk, lemon juice, basil, sugar, pepper and salt. Mix 1/3 of the basil cream into the cooked noodles. Spread the noodles in a 9x12 baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese on noodles.
Remove chicken and cut into 1: cubes. Sprinkle over noodles and cheese. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Top with remaining cheese and place in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted (only about 10 min). Sprinkle dish with tomatoes before serving.
