Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425F. Combine bread, leeks, lemons, oil, and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and toss well. Season the chicken with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Place chicken, skin-side up, in baking dish.
Bake until bread is toasted, leeks are tender, and chicken is lightly browned (165F at thickest part), about 50 minutes. Drizzle with additional oil and serve.
