Roasted chicken
Put bacon in skillet in oven at 425 degrees until fat begins to render.
Push bacon to side, add chicken to skillet and brown. Stir in garlic and leeks, put chicken on top of mix and transfer to oven for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken , add flour to skillet and heat for 1 minute.
Add half and half and broth until boiling, then reduce.
Stir in parsley and spoon mixture over chicken.
