Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, garlic powder, onlion powder, salt pepper and paprika in a plastic bag.
Add chicken and shake well to coat.
Heat oil in large frying pan and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Place chicken in crock pot.
Saute' the onions and garlic until lightly browned.
Add the wine and chicken broth.
Sir in the mustard and cook approx 1 minute.
Spoon onion mixture over the chicken.
Next, in the frying pan saute' the mushrooms until softened (approx 2 min).
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (or 2.5 - 3 hours on high).
Remove the chicken from the crock and stir in sour cream.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
