Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet over medium high, heat oil. Generously salt and pepper the chicken.
Add chicken to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook 5-7 minutes, covered and without flipping over. Set chicken aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet. Stir. Deglaze the pan with some chicken stock. Cook garlic for a minute.
Add the rest of the stock and half of the bacon to the pan.
Add the chicken back, arrange 5 lemon slices around the chicken, cover it up and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken and lemon slices. Set aside.
Add heavy cream to the skillet. Bring to a boil and mix well while scraping the bottom. Reduce the heat to a simmer, add the chicken back, and heat it through.
Serve with green onions and bacon on top.
