Suggest a better descriptionIn casserole heat butter and oil and brown chicken. Season with S&P and remove. In remaing fat cook onions and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and flour and cook gently, stirring 3 min. Add broth, then sour cream stirring constantly until sauce is smoothand thickened. Replace chicken. (At this point you can stop and continue later. Refrigerate and inc. baking time,)Bake coveered, in preheated 350 oven for one hour, or until tender.
