Suggest a better description* Heat butter in large pan, add chicken and fry until crisp and golden brown. Remove from pan.
* Add onions and garlic to pan and fry until tender
* Sprinkle in flour, curry powder, ginger and cinnamon. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly
* Stir in chicken stock and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. When sauce has thickened, season with salt and add chutney.
* Return chicken to curry, cover pan, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add peaches and lemon juice.
