Chicken cooked in wine with rice
Place chicken in 2 quart casserole dish. Season with salt and ppepper. Lay sliced onion on top of chicken. Sprinkel mushrooms over onion. Combine soup, sour cream, and wine. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake covered at 400 degrees for about an hour. Serve over cooled rice
To make clean up easy place casserole dish on foil lined cookie sheet in case of boil over.
