Combine soy sauce, lime juice, water and cornstarch in a 2 qt. round casserole. Stir chicken and mushrooms into soy sauce mixture. Cover and stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes. Add snow peas, cover and microwave on high 2 minutes or until snow peas are tender crisp.
