Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour the oil into the skillet and swirl to coat bottom.
Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes or until brown and almost cooked through, stirring occassionally.
Stir in the potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are are tender when pierced with a fork.
Stir in the broccoli. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Increase the heat to medium. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the mixture is warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occassionally.
