Place chicken breasts in italian dressing, and marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the better.
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take chicken out of italian dressing and place in a casserole dish or baking pan. Take 1 slice of bacon and wrap around each chicken breast. Lay down in pan and top with fresh mushrooms and sliced monterey jack cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. I love this with fresh steamed green beans and my homemade french bread.
