Marinated Chicken
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Leave in fridge to marinate for at least 30minutes
3. Cook in a fry pan over medium heat until chicken is cooked through (about 15minutes)
Greek Salad
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve
Tzatziki
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Marinate in fridge for 30minutes before serving
Pita
1. Heat in oven for at 180c for 5-10min til just crispy
Serve as yiro or iskender style as pictured (rice pictured is mixed with quinoa)
