Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add cumin seeds and cook for 1 minute. Add onions and chillies and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until onions are golden.
Add apples and cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Stir in the chickpeas, sugar, raisins, water and vinegar, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal.
