Suggest a better descriptionSource: Vegetable Heaven by Mollie Katzen Peel and cube the sweet potato and steam, boil or microwave it. Put all the ingredients except the flour and peas into a food processor and puree. Mix in the flour and add the peas. Form patties and fry on both sides till golden brown.
