Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas, and put in a bowl. Add the olive oil and garam masala and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool.. Store leftovers in an airtight container for about a week.
