Great vegetarian burgers!
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place chickpeas in an even layer on a baking tray. Roast in oven for 10 minutes.
Place chickpeas, garlic and spices in a food processor. Process slightly to obtain a rough paste. Add carrot, egg and flour and process briefly until evenly mixed but slightly rugged.
Divide into 6 patties and fry in oil 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Drain on a paper towel.
