Chickpea, curried.
1. Precook sausages
2. Clean, roughly cube potatoes, and fry (olive oil/bacon grease)
3. When almost done, add drained chickpeas and chopped sausage
4. Add leek and capsicum and saute for another couple of minutes
5. Once browned consistently, add curry paste and cook through till all is coated
6. Add any other desired ingredients
7. Add water, then bring to boil, reduce and simmer
