Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in heavy saucepan, fondue pot or chafing dish. Add onion & garlic and cook until onion is clear. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in evaporated milk & cook until mixture is thickened, then stir in tomato, cheeses and jalapenos.
